DIVE Dance is managed and directed by Kayla Pulliam and Hannah Staub, natives of South Carolina. Both directors have 25+ years of dance experience, Bachelor's Degrees in Dance with concentrations in Performance and Choreography, and have performed and choreographed numerous pieces for adjudicated and formal concerts. They share a love for dance performance and a passion for watching dancers excel in the studio and on stage.  DIVE Directors strongly believe that "Dance friends make the best friends!"

While Mrs. Pulliam's dance background originated in jazz, she later fell in love with contemporary and modern while studying dance at Coker College. She was recognized for her versatile and detailed choreography while also leading and managing the college dance team. During their sophomore year, Kayla and Hannah became roommates and expanded on their long term goals and vision of dance together. After graduating in 2011, Kayla began teaching at Studios in the Midlands, where she won several choreography, prop, judges and overall awards.

Mrs. Staub studied dance and business in college and graduated with honors ranking in the top 5 of her class. Hannah studied dance abroad in France and fell more in love with site specific work and visual entertainment. Following graduation, Hannah dove into the audition world performing professionally in and around Charlotte while also instructing/choreographing and participating in community outreach.
